Shipping policy
We ship only in United States. We ship using USPS, UPS, and Fedex
NOTE: Alcoholic beverages can only be delivered in Iowa. Other products can be shipped all across the US.
Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Delivery days can be from 5-7.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping rates:
Shipping is paid and the charges vary by weight. Shipping price can range from 4$ to 25$.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Your Private Bar is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Your Private Bar is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Alcohol Shipping Policy
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or receive a wine basket from us. Due to state restrictions, we cannot ship wine or beer to AL, AR, DE, MN, MS, ND, OK, SD, or UT. This package must be signed for by an adult over 21. If you are sending a package requiring an adult signature and are not sure if anybody will be home to sign for it, we strongly suggest you ship the package to a work address, or to an address where somebody over 21 will be there to sign for it.
